I have been in floristry now for 25 years and still have the same drive and passion, I enjoy all aspects of being a florist but my main interest is designing Wedding flowers. In my career I also had the opportunity to teach in a floristry school based in Worthing. This is where I learned that I love to teach and guide others in floristry whether for a career or just a hobby.

I have worked at many florists in East Sussex and learnt varied approaches to floristry which has widened my personal approach to my work. I joined the Ann's Flowers team in 2018 and took over the business in 2021. I am now able to continue growing and adapting it to fit my style and gap in the market. I added a coffee bar to the business in the spring of 2022

I am enjoying developing and growing the business which, as well as the Coffee Bar, now includes a growing giftware section and a varied range of indoor and outdoor plants. I have an enthusiastic team who are helping with the new exciting ventures ahead at Ann's Flowers of Eastbourne

I joined the team at Ann's Flowers in August 2021 having had a varied employment history including Benefit Fraud Investigation Supervisor, Craft Shop owner and Teaching Assistant!

I started as a part time Florist and was fortunate enough to learn new skills and gain more floristry experience from Danielle. When the opportunity arose to take over the Coffee Bar I grabbed the chance and Beans and Buds was born!

I am now enjoying being a business owner and alongside the Coffee Bar, Beans and Buds also offers a range of gifts, vintage pieces and a selection of plants. There is no better feeling than loving where you work and leaving, after a shift, with a massive smile upon your face. I am very lucky to work with such a talented, friendly team
