Refund policy

  1. Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management.
  2. Because of the perishable nature of the products, you are advised to make any complaints within 3-5 working days of the delivery date of your product.
  3. All products require care and attention.  If it is deemed that the products have not been cared for as per instructions on attached care pack cards or our Flower care page then we may NOT refund or offer an exchange of product.
  4. All products that are claimed to be faulty or damaged must be returned to our shop or collected by us or you should take a digital photograph of them and send it to us at buds@annsflowers.uk. We will inspect all products returned to us claimed faulty or damaged . If we discover that they are not faulty or damaged we will NOT refund or offer an exchange of the product. 
  5. Refunds, partial refunds or an exchange will be given if the product is proved to be faulty or damaged and will be the at the owners discretion and their decision will be final.
  6. Any wedding booking fee or deposit for goods ordered will NOT be refunded.
  7. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all information is correct. That the delivery policy has been read and correct address given , if this is incorrect and refund is required before shipping of product then £2.50  will be taken for admin fees.
