Local Delivery 

Same- Day local Delivery: Available when you order by 11am

Local delivery Charged at £4.95

National Delivery

UK Standard Delivery (2–5 days)

If you have a specific date/occasion you would like your order delivered by, we suggest you use our Express Courier Delivery option which is sent with a courier.

 

Please allow 2 - 5 working days for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched when selecting National Delivery.

When Express National Courier Delivery is selected orders will be sent via courier on a next day service. Please note, orders placed by 12pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered next working day (excluding bank or public holidays) if placed after 12pm they will be delivered in two working days. For orders placed Friday - Sunday they will be delivered on the following Tuesday. This service requires a signature upon delivery and is available for UK mainland addresses only.

We use Royal Mail for most of our shipments, however on occasion we may use another courier. If you have been supplied with a tracking number, please visit the relevant courier’s website to track your order. Please provide the recipients mobile number for tracking updates to be sent to. 

We aim to process orders within 1-3 working days, although at busy times we may take slightly longer. If you need your order urgently just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate and we encourage you to use the Express National Courier Delivery option.

If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your despatch email, please do get in touch so we can investigate the issue further for you. 

Royal mail service is unable to confirm am or pm delivery, if exact timescales needed for your delivery we recommend finding a florist in the area of chosen town.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure all information is correct, and delivery policy has been read fully. If a refund is required, before item is shipped , £2.50 admin fee will be taken. 

For remote UK postcodes please allow 1–2 days additional delivery time.
